All events of 50 people or more photographed by Wild Pines require a wedding planner or coordinator to ensure that Karson can focus entirely on photography.

This is for events of 10 guests or less and coverage of 4-6 hours. Karson will help with all planning to ensure a beautiful and intentional experience for the couple.
In this package Karson acts as both coordinator and photographer for a short event. Includes event coverage, family portraits (if needed) and a portrait session for the newlyweds.

A 2-3 hour experience-focused session that documents you and those you love. Upon booking I will ask you a series of questions to best craft a session that feels like YOU.
Wild Pines is currently not accepting family sessions at this time unless you are a past wedding or couples client.

Why do we need a planner?

YES. I am booking 2025 and 2026. Most of my couples book me well in advance.
Are you booking 2026?

I take on a maximum of 10 per year to ensure my clients get me at my best. I currently have 7 booked for 2025.
How many weddings do you do a year?

Absolutely. Simply inquire and I will send a selection of galleries for you to peruse at your leisure.
